Rated operating capacity (ROC) — the safe load at full lift height — is what actually separates one skid steer from another. Every unit below is physically in our yard right now.
| Frame Class | ROC | Models In Stock | Typical Jobs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small frame | ~1,300 lb ROC | S450 | Tight urban sites, landscaping, indoor work, trailers behind a pickup |
| Mid frame | 1,750–2,690 lb ROC | S550, S550 (rotary broom), S650 | General construction, snow/sweeping attachments, most versatile class |
| Large frame | 3,000–3,200 lb ROC | S300, S750 | Heavy material handling, demolition, high-flow attachments |
| Model | ROC | Operating Weight | Year / Hours | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S300 | 3,000 lb / 1,361 kg | 8,448 lb / 3,832 kg | 2022 · 2,284 h | US$21,500 |

Bobcat invented the skid steer category and still leads on operator visibility, quick-tach service access, and dealer parts density in North America. China's equipment market has deep used supply at prices clearly below local dealer stock — every unit here is documented before you pay. See ourbrand comparison guide for how Bobcat stacks up against CAT for skid steers.
Vertical-lift machines (our S650 and S750) keep the attachment close to the machine through the full lift path — better reach and stability for loading trucks or stacking pallets at height. Radius-lift machines swing the attachment in an arc, which suits ground-level work — our S550 fitted with a hydraulic rotary broom is radius lift, matched to its sweeping application.
Beyond standard checks: lift arm cylinder drift under load, drive motor and final drive response, tire or track condition, and quick-tach coupler wear. Every unit ships withphotos, operating videos, and serial close-upsbefore deposit — see all brands on our full equipment stock.
Depends on model, year, and hours. Our current stock ranges from US$21,500 for the large-frame S300 to US$29,999 for the mid-frame S550 — most units price in the US$24,000-30,000 range with 700-2,500 hours. Every listed machine shows both single-unit and 3+ unit wholesale pricing.
ROC is the safe load a skid steer can carry at full lift height, set at 50% of its tipping load. It's the number that actually determines what a machine can do on your job — a small-frame S450 (1,300 lb ROC) suits light landscaping and tight sites, while a large-frame S750 or S300 (3,000+ lb ROC) handles heavy material handling and demolition.
Vertical lift keeps the attachment close to the machine through the whole lift path, giving better reach and stability at full height — ideal for loading trucks or stacking pallets. Radius lift swings the attachment in an arc, which is fine for ground-level work like grading or sweeping but loses reach up high. Most of our stock (S650, S750) is vertical lift; the S550 with the rotary broom attachment is radius lift, which suits its sweeping application.
Yes. A skid steer is compact enough to ship inside a standard 20-foot container, often alongside another unit or attachments — freight is typically a few thousand dollars to most ports, far less than a full-size excavator. We prepare the invoice, packing list, and customs paperwork per shipment.
Beyond the standard checks: lift arm cylinder condition and drift, drive motor and final drive operation, tire tread or track condition, quick-tach coupler wear, and the cab safety bar/seat switch. We provide photos, operating videos showing lift and auxiliary hydraulic function, and serial close-ups before deposit; third-party inspection can be arranged.
